Welcome to ID Weightlifting.  My name is Isabel Dorman and I am a Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach based in Southport, UK. People, from all over the UK choose my plans because they need specific training plans to meet their goals.


I provide personalised, 6-week, Olympic Weightlifting training plans. Beginner to advanced workout & coaching programmes. Get stronger, fitter & smash your goals!


I have over 9 years experience coaching various sports from Artistic Gymnastics to CrossFit. I now specialise in Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Programmes.

Bespoke 6-week training programmes that fit around your lifestyle.

Suitable for all abilities - beginner to advanced.

Specific strength programmes that can be run alongside Olympic lifting.

These programmes can easily be followed if you have a little garage gym, or access to a CrossFit box and some commercial gyms offer the use of Olympic Weightlifting equipment. Whatever works for you!

Requirement: You will need access to some specific equipment such as: barbells, plates, dumbbells and a space suitably sized to lift in. Your onboarding questionnaire will ask about your equipment and current ability.
